Try out this Green Smoothie that will turbo charge your immune system

This green smoothie is the perfect way to kickstart your morning or to compliment your lunch. It’s particularly high in Vitamin C, which turbo charges your immune system and is highly useful in bolstering your body against viruses.

Research indicates that natural sources, such as these brightly coloured vegetables and fruits, boost immunity better than most supplements.

It’s important to eat plenty of fruit and vegetables every day – we recommend aiming for 10 servings each day. Smoothies are an ideal way to pack a lot of fruit and vegetables into your diet.

  • Raw Baby Spinach - 20g
  • Fresh Ginger - 5g
  • Lemons (whole, without pips) - 130g / 1 full lemon
  • Celery - 60g / 1x full-length stick
  • Cucumber, (Flesh & Skin) - 150g / 1/4 of a cucumber
  • Avocado (Peeled) - 70g / 1/2 of an Avocado
  • Water, (Tap/drinking) – 300ml
  • Kiwi (Peeled, with seeds) - 60g / 1 full kiwi


Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Blend for 30seconds – 1min to desired consistency.
