Over the past few months Empeal has been partaking in the Alsessor AI, Accelerator program which was in partnership with Altada Technology Solutions and Tangent, Trinity's Ideas Workspace. The Accelerator program was set up to help to nurture the AI ecosystem and talent in Ireland and globally. We are so proud to announce our achievement in wining and securing €250, 000 in which will help us to support the growth of our technological capabilities and business operations. We are honoured to have competed alongside such innovative companies that ranged from sectors in digital health to AI voice assistance, impaired vision AI, a digital pensions wallet, AI golf coach and virtual augmented reality for retail. Overall, the Altada accelerator program has added so much to our team’s skill set through intensive workshops, mentorships, and masterclasses. This program was able to supply us with the right tools at the right time which has enabled us to become product and customer ready.

We are proud to say that we will be spending the money to bring our AI development to the next level with scaling, security, automation, and big data analytics in mind. We will make few key hires especially in AI, customer success and operations, who will help us execute on our growth plans. We are also going for patent protection for our proprietary technology PARE (a Prescriptive AI Recommender Engine), ISO and other regulatory certifications. Because Empeal’s customisable platform supports multiple therapeutic areas, we want to make sure Empeal platform is fully compliant, so some of the funding will go towards those expenses as well.

Overall, this has been such an important win for Empeal as we have been patiently waiting for an opportunity which gives us the necessary means to expand and grow. As a team we feel more confident than ever moving ahead with the knowledge and belief that we can make anything happen with enough teamwork and passion.
